any opinion on the large dump in SNDK the last few days?

Show me a stock that's going to appreciate by 5x in 12 months and I'll show you a bunch of folks who are going to take profit 12 months from now.

And it doesn't take much profit taking to precipitate a lot more profit taking. We're going to see more of that as this next phase settles in. MO.

Companies are trading at very high multiples according to any reasonable metric. Folks who got burned holding through the first collapse are going to want to preserve profits this time 'round. These high-volume /no-news / rapid-decline activities are likely to punctuate the market on a random and unpredictable basis over the next while.

Likely to continue until the planetary supply of Maalox runs out.

Me, I'm really enjoying the ride back up. It's even more significant in the private equities market.

Hang on for the ride, but remember the rule that the last one out loses.

John

John, any opinion on the large dump in SNDK the last few
days? Pending oversupply issue from the new fab (long way
out) or just institutional profit taking?

Although I haven't read the link I read somewhere that
Barron's had some negative words about them this week.
Perhaps those in the know were selling.

Here is the link for those with a subscription:
online.wsj.com

I'm not a paying customer so I don't know what it says.
Perhaps someone will give us a summary...

Besides that, SNDK was looking technically well over-bought.
