Get Mozilla Firebird, you'll be happy with it. It's much better than IE IMO, many extra features and free.

you are right, don, it is a problem. when I find trotsky I have to click on the scroll bar arrow on the right side of the page. when I first did this a yr or so ago I thought it was too problematic. now I am used to it and I can find all his posts quickly

yup, can`t believe it windows own the world when it is so crappy. On my Mac with Netscape, search is a breeze, but here with the windows pos, it is "unergonomic" ... step1 >>>This seems to have its own set of problems, at least with IE6 updated yesterday. All that exists is Edit, Find (on this page) ctrl-F. This in turn gives only 'find next' in a box. This does find 'trotsky', but leaves the line containing trotsky at the bottom of the screen with no content visible. Paging down one click makes it visible, but deselects the find. This means that every subsequent find next starts all over at the beginning<<<
