How do you punish the rep. without hurting the Senator? If you only had one Rep it would be tough.

one way to punish is not have any federal money go into democrat district for that rep.. but senator could get a big pork package for other representatives in their districts.. understand our guy got $40 million for philly shipyards or something like that. go spector. Now i wonder if Toomey got any money in his district? The $40 million is one the many pork packages that is thrown into one bill to come up next week to approve budget.. I understand they come back just run this consolidated mess through and the taxpayers get screwed again but everyone who represents our dollars in congress. so it goes on cutting back the budget.
