Ssss:

Let me answer for Dabum who is away on personal business for a while. NGEN looks pretty good to me, huge volume on the breakout here. It is now standing above resistance, which is where you'd always like to be. If you're comfortable holding for a longer term I don't see any real resistance from here to about $20 (okay, there is one pocket of resistance at about 7.75 or so, my chart isn't all that exact). You may wish to scalp out some profits and let a smaller position run, or you may wish to work with a trailing stop.

You have to ask yourself what your holding period is; since you've held it a long time, another few months would be acceptable, yes?

As for these resistance levels (or absence of resistance levels) actually working, of course it will all come out in the tasting. I looked for the same thing as a guide to me in taking a target for OMG--there I don't see any real resistance anywhere below $30 (and there for round number resistance only), which made me comfortable buying it at much lower levels.

In any event DB will be back sometime next week, and he might disagree or give you a different answer, but I didn't want anyone to feel ignored. (:^-)
