I think INTL announced $600m good will write down in the "flash memory" area. So they bought the wrong firms couple years back. This was an after hours announcement though.

Not sure, John. They certainly used to.

But my point was just that some folks buy and sell several times in a day as the stock gyrates back and forth. If I buy 1000 shares and sell them again, and do that 10 times in a day, that counts for 20000 shares traded even before any double counting.
