New Hampshire is the perfect state for Dean. It's practically Vermont. Kerry was his only competition and now Kerry is fading out. If you believe the polls.

C'mon, where else in the country does he have any kind of lead? New Hampshire is the only place he has a double digit lead. And if he didn't have one there he'd be finished.

Maybe he can do it in Washington State or Minnesota (Nader strongholds) but everywhere else he either loses, ties or has a slight lead over FIVE others who together have three times as many voters behind them at least.

Of course not a single vote has been cast so we're just believing the polls.

Well, you hit on the very reason why I too believe he will be a formidable candidate for Bush. We all know what the Democrapic party is capable of and if I were Dean I wouldntg let my guard down for an instant. BUT, what he has going for him IMHO and why he seems to not be ill effected by his mistakes is cause the VOTING American Public is also aware that the INSIDERS dont want him and not even the Democrats trust their own insiders. jdn

ps: Except of course for A.S. who seems to have some kind of "Michael Jackson type" love affair for Kerry.
