Okay, I'll bite - ENERGYPLAY'S CAPITALISM There are 100 million Cows. You try to get methane capture devices attached to the back end of 40 million of them. You sell them and buy Canadian cows because they are cheaper. You apply for a cow depletion allowance on your taxes. DALLAS, TEXAS CAPITALISM You have 4 cows. You put them in 4 cow package program as recommneded by your vetinarian, who gets a 5 % over ride on all production, and the milkmaid, who gets 10%. You sell 70% in a promoted deal to investors. You have the deal marketed by sales people who can sling the bull.

My hat's off to you! :) Now, if a pompous windbag like Ray were to toot his own bloviating horn it would read something like this: RAY'S CAPITALISM There are billion of cows and they keep making more by the thousands this is spoiling the environment and the Bushistas in yet another miracle of bait & switch flim flam propose a $3 Trillion program to be run as a covert op by private industry beyond GAO or CBO oversight which will perform the necessary rewriting of the basic laws of science, faith based research and creationist development of centralized bovine methane collection facilities which will convert the U.S. from a petroleum based economy to one based on FARTS, Federalized Ante-Rapture Termination Science.
