Mariani v. United Airlines et al was being pled by Mary Schiavo, until Mrs. Mariani and Schiavo had a falling out.

Schiavo is sharp as a tack, but her idea was to attack the airlines so that she could collect a big pay check. Schiavo specifically followed the instructions of Judge Fierstein(?) in the Southern District of Manhattan who was following orders from John Ashcroft not to attack the Federal Government.

Schiavo is, as I say, very brilliant. But she's also a pragmatist and not at all interested, as we are, at getting to the truth about 9/11. That's something even Scary Mary doesn't want to touch with an eleven foot Lithuanian.

Good post, I hadn't seen that before. My hat's off to Ellen Mariani.

I don't know which is more alarming, living in a country where the President murders 3000 citizens, or living in a country where 3000 news agencies refuse to report the President being sued for treason.

Mariani's courage has my unconditional respect.
