Goodness gracious, follow the debate why don't you? You first have to understand the argument and then you might be able to come up with a rational counter to it.

Timing is everything.

Going back, hat in hand, to the UN, to NATO countries at this late date is embarrassing to the US. Luckily it is mostly embarrassing to the arrogant Neocon right-wing extremist admin, but it doesn't make the rest of us look particularly bright either.

Diplomacy starts before things get out of hand in order to prevent them from getting out of hand. It is an ongoing effort that is effective at times and ineffective at others. The trick is to fix the problems with diplomacy, not throw it out the window as the PPIC did.

I have no problem with people who have a well-supported difference of opinion. You, however, are so (sorry but I cannot think of another more appropriate word) stupid that it's a waste of time for me to discuss anything with you.
