This scripting problem is frustrating the heck out of me. I've disabled the scripting with the noscript.exe from Symantec and installed the latest (2004, I think) Norton AntiVirus program from CD-Rom. I also went through the settings and removed the check mark from scripting. I still get the scripting warning message, particularly while I'm in Yahoo, and suffer the slowdown and have problems in shutdown. Do you have any other suggestions, cow? Thanks.

Is there any downside to uninstalling Scripting Host in Win XP?

What would one NOT be able to do?

Thanks.
