It's an amazing coincidence the the Bush moon idea comes right on the heels of the Chinese manned orbital mission, when THEY are talking of a moon mission! Monkey see, monkey doo! Most scientists think another moon mission would accomplish little, and what's needed is a permanent orbital station to launch missions to the moon, Mars, and other points worthy of the human imperative to expand.
