You may be right but these type of announcements usually lead to other stuff. E.g. class action, SEC actions, etc. I like to buy at bottoms but I steer clear where there is surprise like this.

I note that they did some private placements and now without guidance they probably lost money. More dilution is probably the best you can hope for.

The falling knife usually slices another 50% loss.
