Yes, you'd like to lock down the lawyers and the courts, wouldn't you? After all, without free access to lawyers and courts all of our rights and freedoms would be empty promises. In that event all "right thinking" and powerful governmental and corporate interest could operate above the law.

When Shakespeare said "the first thing we do is kill all the lawyers," or something like that, most people forget the context. He was talking about the first step in taking power away from the people.

No tort lawyers; maybe we could go back to the good old days when the industrialists ruled the workers of this country with an iron hand and there were no checks on their abuses? You're a piece of work and not a very pretty one.
