It is possible. Besides, Eastern Europe is emerging and can undercut Indian wages. I hear people in India commanding salaries of $60K-$100K. That is too high.

Also, as the dollar weakens further, the Indian rupee may gain a bit (to maybe about 38 INR per USD) and that might dampen the growth a bit as well. So far, that has not happened, as the INR is not as strong as the Euro or the Yen or the Yuan. But at least it has stopped falling against the USD.
