Reading this got me to thinking about Loppy. "Supreme Court finds executing mentally retarded violates the constitutional ban on cruel and unusual punishment." Following this same reason shouldn't the Supreme Court prohibit Loppy from running for President. From looking at his appearance, one would think he is mentally retarded. That funny looking head which looks like it has been mashed in a vise..... the funny way his head hangs down to his left while he is talking out of the left side of his mouth, he appears to be out of touch. Please do not pass this on AS as she loves to swoon over Loppy and talks about how handsome he is.... HAHAHA
