And that was Clinton on it's way out creating disaster.... Do observe also the start of the slow-down prior to 2000 during clinton administration also observe the drop in 2001 due to 911 Bush Jr is doing an outstanding job considering the hand that was dealt to him do I need to chew it more for you or is that enough?
