The rally in gold stocks is overheating, despite the metal's continued rise. Go for the real thing -- and other inflation hedges.


it's truly wonderful to read articles such as that which talk about gold stocks being expensive on a PE basis. It shows how ingrained valuing gold stocks the same way you'd value a bank is. They even talk about NEM being expensive because it sells at 2.8x NAV. I wonder what that moron used to compute NAV. They finally acknowledge that it sells for about $250 per reserve oz, which isn't cheap. But so what. It's cheap compared when you look at where gold's heading, which is what no one understands.

Pieces such as these show we are clearly in stage one of this bull.
