I'm happy . . ."<font color=black> Howard Dean either lacks backbone, is incredibly naive, or both. He wants to turn OBL over to the World Court? What an idiot. The World Court, like the United Nations, is under the control of the Muslim nations, who basically hate America. He also doesn't realize that America is a nation of justice. Over 3000 Americans and others were murdered on American soil on Sept 11, 2001. Does he really feel that those who lost their loved ones, and those who felt the horror of the attack against us on Sept 11, are going to want our justice to depend upon others who might not be our friends?
