It's a matter of money. We will only spread 200K worth of paper amongst family and friends, then we spit another 200K worth of shares out to the great unwashed. Anyone really qualifies if we like them in a warm and fuzzy way. The way we look at we are not selling anything, we are giving people an opportunity.
