I can't believe you said that. I served my country to maintain the right to protest. That includes the right to burn the flag in protest. What you say to me gives me pain.

But this is a great country, and mostly the flag is displayed with pride. It is not burned very often. But when it is burned, it is a symbol of someone crying out. Often of some wrong doing. And that wrong doing sometimes needs to be righted.

In fact, right now I think there are a lot of wrongs going on. If it keeps up, I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see a few flags burning. While Bush is in the White House, the Flag is being desecrated a little bit every day.

Around the world we have lost standing and respect. This is not a good thing, friends.

Take back our flag, take back our country, vote Democrat in 2004.

You describe yourself as an ardent Zionist, yet you claim being offended at the burning of an American flag. If a situation of conflict arose between the US and Zionists would you side with the American Flag or Zionism?
