Volume-wise you can use 1 for 1. So I used about 1/2 cup of Splenda. But you could probably get away with a lot less as the chunky applesauce I used was sweetend and raisins have quite a bit of natural sugar in them!

My wife is still raving over it and wants me to use the pear sauce still in the fridge for another bread pudding dish.
