I think we're pretty close in analysis. My thinking now is that it is probably too hard to handicap as a short although I may still go that way on an "irrational" blip upwards or a temporary ruling which would be followed by a motion or an appeal. Likewise I'd probably go long only on a market related dip and decided to go Rambus because of the Beta. OT - I enjoy your analysis. I haven't joined IHUB. Waiting for RB to fail and perhaps IHUB would take over for specific stock chatter. BTW - Did I see someone with a similar name involved with a great organization in Lowell or just a coincidence?
