Not off the top of my head, but it is a number which is published, debated,etc regularly, has been
for almost as long as I remember.

At this moment video-cameras plus a "black-box" are installed in taxis. The camera is installed besides the (internal) rearmirror, pictures are stored in the black box covering the latest hours(?), overwriting
earlier. The Black-Box can only be accessed after a crime has occured.

However, there are also ideas on transmitting the pictures (low frame/s movie?) to a "central" in almost
real-time, using the existing wireless network, but that increases the possibility of abuse, maybe too much??

At a minimum it is maybe too much of "big brother".

On the other hand, taxi-drivers have always been dealing with these issues of "privacy in the back seat".
