If GW, who I voted for in 2000, is so bright why has he not stemmed the flow of outsourced American jobs or curbed the inflow of illegals?

Cant answer the 2nd part as I dont have enough data. The first part is fairly easy to answer : "supply and demand at an optimal cost". I dont think its anything specific to Pres. Bush. Anybody else in that role would have seen the same issue. Its how free markets work.

Warren Buffett and George Soros are wrong lots of times, Ann. I assume you know the "Free Trade" arguments, so I won't go over them. I am on that side of the issue.
