Dave - Yes and the more they do in this case the more royalties they pay. SNDK receives license fees and roylaties.Lots and lots of roylties and license fees . More and more than last year and lots this year and if the World economy carries on then more next year etc etc. Patents are quite imortant things in tech and that is what tends to distinguish tech from the coffee business. Of course coffee will still be here in three hudred years time and flash will not so thigs tend to even themselves out over that time but it isn't of much concern to either me or my great great grandchildren so I can't worry about that.
