Bush may have a low IQ but he is very smart politically and his "dumbness" actually wins over a lot of dumb voters. Plus he has very smart people behind him.

What's really sad is in an anti-inellectual America, mediocrity sells. The mass of Americans aren't any smarter than Bush, and that plays for him.
