I thought the link was kinda pathetic too. Conducting an unbiased poll at the U of Md is impossible. There probably aren't 3 conservatives in the place. I did notice the that Clinton objected to a Republican proposal to add $7 billion to his paltry defense budget. By comparison the 2004 total defense outlays are going to be 193% of the 1995 total KyrosL referred us too...Yet he wants to believe GWB has done nothing to beef up the military. He should have read the whole article before sending us to have a look.
