You clearly need to get out more often. The spat that I described in that post has been going on with all NGOs proposing to work in Iraq.

The U.S. government is attempting to prevent any NGO that expresses and doubt or criticism of U.S. policy from participating in the rebuilding of Iraq. There are actually dozens of such NGOs being rudely treated by the Bushies. The one I pointed out is simply the latest to have surfaced.
