In this case their employees who wish to join a union.

If their employees wish to associate with others and are being denied this right, then those employees can appeal to the law.

Do you know that Wal Mart full time pay is less than poverty income?

Big deal. Poverty is relative. There are people in the world literally starving to death because they are in poverty. Americans can have a roof over their heads, clothes on their bodies, televisions, phones, even cars, $100 sneakers on their feet and food in their bellies and yet still think themselves in poverty. That is just crazy. If Walmart pays below poverty, those receiving the pay are free to go elsewhere. No one has the right to force Walmart to pay what they do not wish to pay - just as no one has the right to force you to work any job Walmart puts on the market.

Your real stripes are showing. Someone the other day said that republican concern is an oxymoron. I can see what he meant.

I'm not Republican. I only tend to vote Republican because Democrats are such hypermorons I can't seem ever bring myself to vote for them. But GOP leaders are morons too. No doubt about it.
