I would like to see the figures --the percentage of titles that are ever challenged. I bet it's one in a thousand. I have never heard of a single instance myself.

EDIT. Well, come to think of it, my own parents were challenged by a caretaker who thought the house he had looked after belonged to him. The case lasted about five minutes and the suit was dismissed. Then they hired the caretaker, who worked for them for the rest of his life.
