Hillary threw her hat into the ring today for 2004 on both the NBC and ABC morning talk shows. Her rehearsed but forced girlish giggles -- premature, before Stephanopoulos even asked the question -- showed they had rehearsed, but she flubbed.

Count on the Clinton machine to make sure the convention is deadlocked, when they will turn to her, and she will "reluctantly" accept the nomination (yeah, right). Alternatively, she might go for the VP slot in '04 to grease the way for the first female pres. candidate in '08.

She's definitely in the race, though, one way or another. She could hardly restrain herself.
