You have seen more of Nigeria than me.

I was just born and bred there.
A bit like most countries and their nationals.
I am with you on this, and many find it objectionable.

I understand the intentions of those that say things about sweat shops, but it is not good enough to just demand a better world.
It has to be achieved!
Someone who has seen different cultures, economic regimes, may have a better view as to what is more likely to succeed and be sustainable.

Thus Ann and myself only disagree on the means and not the end.
Ann's method, in my view, means that we have now and our descendants will end up paying.
My view is that we should take the economic, moral and social hits up front.
Fight the war, not the battle.
Free trade or tariffs just brings this home.

Get rid off the World Bank and IMF as well.
My friends in the UK find it odd that I am from a developing country and I consider these 2 organisations to be the absolute scum of the earth.
"But how would these countries develop?", they ask.
