That's exactly what I am saying: Bush or Hillary it doens't matter, as Iraq is concerned! They want to 'nationalize' the pacification of Iraq. Put up a quick government and keep them in place to secure the looting but without incurring in the loss of lives we are seeing. Of course they will have to put some 'teeth' in the new government to keep the the country pacified. Martial law, no freedom of movement, etc.
