I have no idea what all the controversy is regarding Barrick Gold and do no wish really to get into the issue much, I tend to scan over messages that are on that subject. It is my understanding that the issue is whether ABX is the real deal or not, and Doug honestly I don't know what side of the fence you're on you just happen to be the last post I've seen on this subject.

My purpose here is to show the point and figure chart for ABX, and point out that it really doesn't matter on the surface, ABX is being bought, the stock is at 52-week highs, it's Relative Strength is on a buy signal. This is a stock to get into if your goal is to sell an equity at a higher price than you bought it for because indications are it's going higher. In supply and demand terms (the true reasons stocks go up or conversely down) this one is in demand.
