If unclewest didn't like the Phoenix Program, it must have been really nasty. uncle seemed to me to be a pretty gung ho warrior. Do you have any further data on the Phoenix Program? I can foresee a bunch of Rambos having a good turkey shoot within the rules of engagement of Task Force 121. Task Force 20 has already been doing a bang-up job of creating resentment against the U.S. that will last for generations with their roguery throughout Iraq.
