His Rhodes scholarship had more to do with his volunteer job in Senator Fullbright's office than with his intellect. I ask you, how smart is it for a President to put his penis in an intern's mouth in the Oval Office? Wow, that's some fricking genius!

You wrote:<font color=blue>"I didn't care for Clinton but I wouldn't question his intellect."<font color=black>

Just because someone can study and pass tests doesn't mean that he is analytical. Clinton was really lacking in his reasoning ability, which is obvious by his lack of action against terrorism, his disastrous handling of the Middle East, and his complete disdain for the office of the presidency.

Bush didn't cause the world to have additional contempt for America, Clinton did. It is going to take a while for the world to forget the image of a young intern, on her knees, servicing President Clinton, while at the same time terrorist threats and attacks were increasing against American interests.

Honestly, you really believe a Rhodes Scholar that could speak extemporaneously on any subject has a double digit IQ???

So you really liked Clinton's extemporaneous speech on the meaning of "is"? Talk about dumbing it down.

Don't feel bad, they didn't like Hoover much either.

"On his SAT's, President GW Bush scored 566 verbal and 640 math, for a total of 1206 (from members.shaw.ca ). The Bell Curve author Murray estimates a 1206 SAT equates to about 125 IQ. This is about the same relationship of IQ to SAT as on the chart at this site, which tends to validate the chart, Unfortunately, neither the College Board nor other academics publish a similar SAT-IQ conversion chart.'
