The vast majority of AMERICANS support the Iraq attack. Most of the dissention has to do with the aftermath, not the attack. If the Iraq rebuild shows signs of success by Nov. 2004 even that will be dropped. Face it, you got a much better then 50-50 chance of having Bush as your president for another 4 years. Great isnt it? jdn

It wasn't paranoia. It was opportunism. The members of his administration are all members of the PNAC. Read their writings. They already presupposed the need to attack Iraq...before 9-11. 9-11 was what they were looking for, which enabled them to attack Iraq. They did this by linking Saddam to Al Qaeda. Then turned the military force away from Afghanistan and towards Iraq. Orca
