Dizzie must have been suggesting Intel was "using taxpayers to subsidize healthcare". That's BAAAAD. Using my money or yours for this purpose is GOOOOD.

And in either case, what does subcontracting have to do with it
Oh. Well, Intel provides health insurance for its employees. Now you might think that was good. But Intel also subcontracts work. And some of those subcontractors don't provide health insurance and that wipes out Intel's goodness. Get with the program, man!

how is a "mandate" a "subsidy"?
