<<And you, Ann?
What would you do?>>

I would hire only adult workers and pay them a family sustaining wage. In that way parents can provide food, shelter & education for their children. There are more than enough adults to manufacture sneakers. No need to take life's most vulnerable little creatures away from their brief childhood for such a mundane task.

Research the life of Milton Hershey, founder of Hershey Foods Company. He was an orphan who created a beautiful self-sustaining town for his factory workers. He provided education, health care, even snow removal for his workforce(without child labor) and still managed to become one of the wealthiest men in USA. His life & business wisdom is the best example for world-wide CEOs.
