Snowshoe beat me to it. The Indian cities article was interesting in that it is just one country's misery that is being projected.

In the U.S., much of Florida and especially the Louisiana Gulf Coast are threatened by global warming. New Orleans may very well become a large swimming pool within a century.

Lucky for Stockholm, Oslo and the rest of Scandanavia, "glacial rebound" is causing the land to rise faster than the sea. Not so lucky, Holland is preparing for the worst, as is Venice, London and other major cities.

Sea level rise promises to be horrendously disruptive and expensive.
