Hello Elmat, <<explain this to elmat ...>> because those definitely distressed assets in LatAm, however troubled and unloved, are not nearly as ugly as its northern counter parts can become in the short, immediate, as in we-need-to-save-our-financial-life term ;0) The plane is going down, folks are looking for parachute, and some are looking for two, so that they can sell one at profit ;0) The submarine is in the deep, and the escape pod can only take on 1 out each 10 of the crew, but some crews are of the larger size ;0( Chugs, Jay
