I think a better analogy is to someone who has been pronounced brain-dead.

Nope. The developing fetus will typically continue self-expressing until that expression manifests itself in a host of expressions we perceive and take for granted - all of which are human. A brain-dead person, does not naturally persist to toward this expression, as a fetus does. The trajectory is ever toward death. "Pulling a plug" on such a person is not to change the trajectory of their expression. It is simply to allow them to progress along the path of life as they are.

They are clearly human and clearly alive, but pulling the plug is not murder.

There was no natural obligation to plug them in in the first place.

Or is it considered murder to staunch anti-abortion Christians and i just never hear about it?

I don't really know.
