Hello Ann, Gee I can sure agree with that post. Unfortunately re: China / US etc. I can't. For starters the opportunity currently existing in the US for all people is much more recent than 1865, otherwise there would have been no Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, George Wallace, civil rights marches etc etc etc.. Viewed through this lens it seems reasonable to expect China to develop a more equitable arrangement in time.
