Everyone buys and sells for different reasons.
I sold, as I often do, to buy something else; more ICGE in this case. Was done before earnings. I'm toying with an insignificant account for now.
My opinion on the stock hadn't changed one iota until earnings release. My views on that were posted here when I was able.

Bought last shares @ 4.89 on 10/21
Sold all @ 4.81 on 10/31 and replaced with ICGE - a penny stock with greater "leverage".
