I don't believe the Hillary rumors. They're started by Dick Morris who is anti-Democrat. I believe Hillary genuine wants Bush gone and genuinely knows she would not win the nomination if she tried to run.

You may have something there. She has relied on the stealth giggle for well over a year now. But, the Clinton's still control the DNC and the big bucks. The Gore endorsement, while helpful, is not the end all IMO. The Gore/Clinton relationship did not end up "warm and fuzzy". Methinks the fat lady has not sung yet.
