Full court press on Florida and Arkansas. The rest of the south doesn't matter. Wes Clark could be invaluable at converting north Florida pro-military voters and Arkansas moderates. He grew up in Arkansas. Clinton would need to get involved there too. graham and Lieberman could help in Florida. Dean could go around zinging Bush and using his army of followers to plaster everyone with enthusiasm. Might just work. Louisiana is another possibly in play.
