Bush does not even READ his briefings. He can't. They are read TO HIM. Sound reasoning skills? Oh. How do you reason on a matter of foreign policy when you don't even know your basic world geography, and your basic US and world history. He even has problems remembering what he did in Texas. He claimed that he had visited the Houston Space Flight Center previously, and there records indicated he had never been there. His office said "Oh, he must have gotten confused, there are so many places to visit in Texas." You forgot something.....his reasoning skills should be OBJECTIVE. So far, the only OBJECT has been to reward his biggest contributors, big business, and the 1% richest people in the country.
