Joe Lieberman probably cost Al Gore the election. <grin> Oh, I think Al did an excellent job of losing the campaign on his own. He became so anxious and timid about making any wrong moves that he appeared in the campaign a wooden weasel. If he'd just lightened up, expressed a little of his real personality instead of letting his handlers turn him into a dufus, he'd have done alright. Hiring Lieberman as a sidekick was only one of Gore's many neurotic mistakes.
