Obviously, he thinks the best use of his time is to remind everyone about the Fox law suit at every possible occasion. I can see the Senate election here 5 years from now will be Franken VS. Fox.

Normally I don't go in for pity but I will accept it in this case. May have to leave. Hawaii is still nice I hear. If I save every dime I make from now until the next Senate election begins, I might be able to afford to live there until it's over.

So, I'm asking myself, "Is this the best way for me to spend the next 11 months going into this election?
