Dave, I was referring to more recent Intel designs incorporating processor and ram together, not the earlier cache memory designs in the Pentium.

Yes, Ford introduced the moving assembly line, but this was picked up by competitors as well. What gave Ford the edge was its steel fabricating facility at River Rouge, whose output (still hot from the factory) fed directly into the factories making frames, body, and other parts. The integrated factory became less economical as assembly lines were built in other parts of the country.

Why no SNDK products in Amazon Top 100 this year?

amazon.com

In prior years we had multiple spots in the the top 50 electronics products.

I am betting SNDK filled places like BestBuy and Circuit Cit to the gills with
cards and perhaps is sending less product to e-tailers where people shop for
lowest price and have mulitple manufacturers to choose from. Viking again has
substantial rebate offers on their CF cards on that site.

Viking 256MB CompactFlash = $34.99
